A. Cable Tray is made to order and lead time is set based on availability of raw materials. Quick Ship items ship next day while some systems may take several weeks. Contact your local agent for additional details.

A. No, it does not.

Q. Where will my order ship from?

A. Orders will ship from either Houston or Philadelphia depending on ship to location and where the system is made.

Q. Who is my local agent?

A. You can locate your local agent by using our agent rep locator.

Q. Are splice plates/hardware included at no cost?

A. Standard splice plates/hardware are included with metallic tray/channel but not fiberglass tray/channel.

Q. Where do I submit my order?

A. Submit all orders to your local agent.

Q. What systems are most readily available?

A. 7D58 system, 1B48 system, and select wire basket sizes ship next day.

Q. Who do I contact in the event tray is damaged?

A. Damaged item claims may be filed with the carrier. Additionally, you may contact your local agent or Cope Customer Service at 708-225-2970.
